  • If you're thinking about harming yourself, talk to a trusted person, contact your GP, or call Samaritans (116 123).
  • If you've harmed yourself, call 999 or visit A&E immediately.
  • If you're thinking about harming others, contact your local Crisis Resolution Team or call Samaritans (116 123). For immediate risk, call 999 or visit A&E.
